To Our TAM Retail Family,
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we recognize that many organizations are closed to the public and/or staff working from home. The safety of our customers and our employees is a priority. Like you, we continue to monitor developments in regards to the pandemic and make appropriate adjustments. There will be times when some or all of our staff may be working from home in following CDC guidelines for Social Distancing, but we are open for business, 100%.
Here is an update on how TAM Retail continues to provide excellent service:
- We will continue to provide a fully staffed Help Desk from 9:00 AM – 5:00PM CT for standard and emergency questions and issues. A human dispatcher will attempt to answer every incoming call in order to create a case. In case you call when the dispatcher is busy, you will always be able to quickly leave a voicemail and never wait in a queue.
- We will continue to provide emergency after-hours support 24/7/365. As always, after hours support is limited to TAM emergency issues such as complete software failure, cash register software failure, or software failure during a physical inventory. Additionally, eTAM website failure is covered as well. Non-emergency calls received after-hours will be deferred to the next business day.
- We will continue to schedule and conduct TAM Training Sessions with our certified TAM Trainers.
- If you are in the implementation stage of your TAM solution, we will continue to provide Implementation Services with your Project Manager and your respective Basecamp project.
- We will continue to order, receive, test, and ship TAM related hardware, peripherals, and supplies.
These are uncertain days. While we don’t have all the answers, we are doing our best to balance providing the service you expect with the safety of our employees. Our communities are strong. We will work to maintain those connections in the days and weeks ahead, and we will continue to help you keep your TAM solution functioning.
