TAM Annual New Version Subscription Service Rate Increase Effective March 1, 2020
To our valued customers,
This post is to inform you that the TAM Annual New Version Subscription Service renewal rate will increase 2% effective March 1, 2020.
This Service has been the same 17% annual rate since 2011. Though we have been able to hold this below-industry rate in check for 9 years despite ever increasing operational costs, we now find it necessary to increase the TAM Subscription Service Rate to 19% per year. This new rate will help us continue to provide the services and new releases you have come to expect from TAM Retail. The new rate will be reflected on Subscriptions due on or after March 1, 2020.
Our toll-free 24/7/365 Help Desk for TAM related support services will continue to be free of charge to all customers with a valid TAM Annual New Version Subscription.
