FAQ Friday: Recently upgraded? Learn how to edit a member’s expiration date.

Question: I recently upgraded, where can I go to edit a member’s expiration date?

Answer: For customers running version 11.2 and above, this information can now be changed in TAM Office, Memberships, Membership Expiration, and Reference Edit.

Simply find the member and as you can see from the example below, updates can be made to both the Member Number and Expiration Date.   Simply select “Update” to save the changes.
