A new article has been posted on the TAM Retail blog by Grisel de la Torre:
Question: I put new labels into my label printer and now it won’t print. How can I get my label printer to print on the new labels?
Answer: Every time you put new labels into your label printer, you need to recalibrate it. To recalibrate your label printer, hold down the feed button until you see one single flash and two consecutive flashes. Once you see two consecutive flashes, release the feed button and your printer will recalibrate itself.
