Question: How do I disable an associate in Cash Register?

Answer: Oftentimes, an associate is disabled when they have been terminated or have left their position.  You can disable past associates in TAM Office.

Please refer to the following steps and images to show you how to disable associates:

Open TAM office:

Select Point of Sale:

Select Associates:

Select the associate you would like to disable:

Check the Disabled box:

Click Update:
