Question: I have postcards that sell for $.35 each. I would like to sell 3 for a $1.00, is that something I could create in TAM without manually applying a discount to every transaction?

Answer: Absolutley! You may want to consider using Group Pricing. This TAM option allows you to create a formula which will set a specific quantity that must be purchased in order for the special pricing to be applied to items within that group.

Log into TAM Office. Go to Inventory Mangement and then Group Pricing

Begin by creating the Group Price Description and select “Enter” on the keyboard to continue.

Next, select the pricing level, the quantity that must be purchased in order to receive the special price, and the pricing. Finally, add the SKUs.

Keep in mind that the customer will receive the “Group Price” when any combination of three of the SKU’s within the group are purchased.

When items within the group are purchased, TAM will adjust the pricing accordingly.
