If you have encountered an Unexpected Error message in TAM, you are probably wondering what you should do with it. These error messages can happen for a number of reasons. If you see an error message pop up on your screen, please click on the Send To TAMRetail button.
When you click on the Send To TAM Retail button, TAM will receive a copy of the Error Report. This helps the TAM Quality Assurance department to better understand why the error actually occurred. The information sent to TAM Retail’s Quality Assurance department is very helpful. It is important to note that when you send the error report, you will not be receiving a phone call or an email explaining the message. If this error message persists or is impeding your operation, please contact the Help Desk between 9:00 am CST until 5:00 pm CST.
