Question: Polling messages are freezing up my printer very frequently. Is there a way to cancel them from automatically printing?

Answer: Yes;  please refer to the steps listed below to cancel automatic printing for polling messages.

  1. Log into TAM Office.
  2. Navigate to Sales Management.
  3. Click Data Link.
  4. Click Main Location.
  5. Select your headquarter computer and double click on it.
  6. On the right hand side, under Scheduled Time, choose Change.
  7. Uncheck the check box to automatically print polling messages.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Update.
  10. Restart TAM Activity Post (TAP)
